At Northern, learning doesn’t have to stop with a bachelor’s degree. Maybe you plan to continue directly to graduate studies after completing your undergraduate degree, or perhaps you are an established professional looking to advance your education. Either way, Northern has opportunities for you.
Northern offers a variety of graduate programs, including banking and financial services, counseling, education, e-learning, music, and more. For information on each graduate program, select “Programs” from the menu options on the left.
To provide students the opportunity to complete an advanced degree while advancing their careers, several courses and programs are offered online. Online delivery allows students to enroll in courses without commuting or relocating to Aberdeen.
Hybrid courses, which combine an online component with an abbreviated face-to-face component taught on Northern’s beautiful campus, are also available in some programs. This allows students to interact with peers and professors on a more personal level and offers a more intense, focused setting for discussions and projects.
The graduate programs at Northern provide the skills needed to move into a
leadership role in a student’s chosen field. For more information on the educational opportunities available at Northern, please call the Office of Graduate Studies at 605-626-2558 or send an email to
