ABERDEEN, S.D. – Danny Quinn’s senior art exhibition will be on display in the Northern State University Student Center Gallery from April 23 to May 4.

A reception for the exhibition will take place from 6:30 p.m. to 8 p.m. Friday, May 4 in the Student Center Gallery.

Quinn grew up in Timber Lake, graduating from Timber Lake High School in 2014. Quinn is the child of Ken and Sharon Quinn of Timber Lake.

Displayed art in the exhibition includes graphic design work, including both corporate type design work as well as digital artwork.

Quinn is a graphic design major. While at Northern, Quinn has worked under art faculty members Greg Blair, Sara Christensen Blair and Keum-Taek Jung.

Quinn will graduate from Northern in May and hopes to pursue a career in graphic design in South Dakota after graduation.

“I chose Northern because of its small, close community, affordability and closeness to home,” mentioned Quinn about choosing to attend NSU.
