Northern Lights (previously known as Shelterbelt) is an online journal of selected original works by Northern State University students, faculty, staff, alumni, and the Aberdeen community.
Submission Guidelines
- Only original work may be submitted
- All written works can be submitted via email to northernlights@wolves.northern.edu or placed in NSU mailbox A.
- All art, including photos, advertisements, graphics and other designs can be submitted via email in standard file format (.jpeg, .gif, .bmp, .tiff) to northernlights@wolves.northern.edu or placed in NSU mailbox A.
- If you choose to submit anonymously please use a pen name.
All works will be anonymously evaluated by a committee and published online in the spring semester.
