Senior Exit Review* Calendar Deadlines for ALL Graduating Art Majors * No Senior Exit Interviews will be scheduled/accepted for Finals Week.

Ask 3 faculty to be on your review committee and turn form into the Art Office. |

Schedule Exhibition with the Gallery Director Greg Blair |

1st Draft of resume, thesis and artist/designer statement to committee |
Midterm |
Initial discussion with committee about artwork/designs to include in exhibition/portfolio |
November 1/April 1 |
Review Time scheduled with committee. Include time/place and notify Art Office. Cannot be held during finals week. |
November 15/April 1 |
Turn in disc that is specifically made for the NSU Channel and the TV display in the Student Center Gallery to the Art Office by noon. *This disc is different than the one you will turn in with your final paperwork * |
4 Weeks Before Exhibit |
Contact Brenda Dreyer with University Relations to arrange exhibit publicity |
2 Weeks Before Review |
Final Draft of the following turned into the Art Office (hard copy/digital copy): Preferably submitted in 5 packets/folders (you do the photocopying and provide the packets); You must also email a digital copy of all the materials listed below to the Art Department Secretary. jennifer.ehresmann@northern.edu
1. Thesis x 5 copies
2. Artist/Designer statement x 5 copies
3. Resume x 5 copies
4. Full exit review paperwork x 5 copies
5. Disc of high resolution images x 1 copy6. Portfolio (AD x 1 copy & MMD x 5 copies) |
