Lions Club

The NSU Lions Club provides service to Northern, the Aberdeen community, the state and the world.
Annually Sponsored Events: Mobile Screening Unit health screenings, eye screenings at Brown County Health Fair, highway cleanup, eyeglass recycling, Salvation Army bell-ringing, sponsoring students during South Dakota School for the Blind and Visually Impaired Christmas party, volunteer at SDSBVI Back to School picnic, Special Olympics, assisting Aberdeen Lions with annual Superbowl Sunday pancake feed fundraiser, and a variety of other events.
Meetings: First & Third Tuesdays of each month @ 5 p.m. in Lincoln Hall 220
Membership is open to any Northern student interested in service to others. A 1-time fee of $10, then $5 per semester for membership dues is required.
