Sexual Harassment
Northern State University

To all students of Northern, below is the Board of Regents policy regarding sexual harassment. Please read it - it's important that you know your rights as a student.

 

 SDBOR Sexual Harassment Policy

 

Should you feel you have been a victim of harassment by a faculty member, another student, or an NSU employee, you need to report the incident to the proper campus officials. By reporting an incident, you have initiated your right to have the situation investigated to stop any further instances of harassment.

While the university will attempt to maintain confidentiality to the fullest extent possible, you may become part of an investigation into the matter. Please don't let this deter you from bringing forth a claim. It's important that you and other students are protected from harassing behavior.
