High School Dual Credit

The South Dakota High School Dual Credit Program (HSDC) allows South Dakota high school juniors and seniors to take college-level classes and receive both college and high school credit.

All High School Dual Credit courses are designed to fulfill both high school and college requirements.

Northern offers several general education classes that qualify for HSDC. Qualified students can take HSDC courses on our main campus in Aberdeen, at the Huron Community Campus, or online. If you're interested in learning more or applying for HSDC, contact admissions@northern.edu.
