Dr. Jessica Danielson joined Northern State University's faculty in August 2018. She earned a Doctor of Philosophy degree in counselor education and supervsion from North Dakota State University (2018), a Master of Science degree in clinical mental health counseling from University of Mary (2014), and a Bachelor of Arts degree in psychology with minors in theology, philosophy, and addiction counseling from the University of Mary (2012). Most recently, Jessica was a licensed professional counselor at a psychiatric hospital. During her three and a half years of employment, she worked primarily in impatient services with diverse populations across the lifespan. She also has supervised practicum and internship students for three years while earning her doctorate. Jessica enjoys connecting with people, being creative, drinking soy lattes, cuddling cats, playing bingo, eating pizza, and supporting feminism.
