This emphasis unlocks your leadership potential, building your leadership skills through hands-on activities. Courses include Supervisory Management, Organizational Development, and Diversity in Management.
General Management
This emphasis prepares you for a variety of managerial roles, allowing you to select courses that best meet your career aspirations. Courses include Small Business Management, Sustainability in Business, Entrepreneurship II, Supervisory Management, Organizational Development, Diversity in Management, and Project Management.
Supply Chain Analytics
This emphasis provides you with the skills needed for a variety of industries. Courses include Logistics, Operations Research, Production/Operations Management, Analytics and Project Management.
A Northern management graduate will understand human values and motivations, know modern management methodologies, and be aware of the impact of economic and business policy on society. In this degree program, offered online and on campus, you’ll learn to value diversity and human relations to better understand the workforce of today and tomorrow.
