Welcome to Northern!
What is Wolf Pack Welcome?
Wolf Pack Welcome helps you make the transition to college life. During this multi-day experience, you'll become acclimated to living in a residence hall, meet new friends and connect with Northern and its programs and services. Wolf Pack Welcome is your opportunity to ask questions and explore everything Northern has to offer.
Can family attend Wolf Pack Welcome?
Family members are encouraged to help you move into the residence halls and attend the University Welcome and Wolf Pack Picnic. Events after move-in day are designed exclusively for NSU's new students.
Where and when can I purchase textbooks and supplies?
The Wolf Shoppe, on the lower level of the Student Center, is open during the week. Once you're checked in and settled into your residence hall, you should have time before the first WPW session to visit the bookstore to purchase books and supplies. The bookstore will be open from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Friday and special hours from 10 a.m.- 2 p.m. Saturday. When you visit the bookstore, don't forget to bring your class schedule.
