  • ABERDEEN, S.D. – Five Northern State University students participated in an Alternative Spring Break trip to Louisiana in March to volunteer in libraries and elementary schools. The trip reflected the university's focus on providing practical experiential learning opportunities for students.

  • ABERDEEN, S.D. — The 41st annual Northern South Dakota Science and Mathematics Fair, sponsored by Northern State University, 3M of Aberdeen and the Aberdeen Area Community Foundation, is set for March 21, 2024. 

    Forty judges from Aberdeen and surrounding areas will evaluate projects and interview participating students in the morning.
