NSU Facilities Manager Monte Mehlhoff's campus construction update focuses on the Regional Science Center.

• Site work has begun on the building's east and north sides.

• Brick work is complete except for the brick columns at the main entrance.

• Framing continues at the north canopy.

• Continuing in the north wing are window installation; ceiling and soffit framing; drywalling; taping; painting; ductwork, VAV and diffuser installation; sprinkler piping; and electrical work.

• Plumbers continue to hook up VAVs , are running water and heating lines, and have begun installing radiant heat panels on second floor south.

• Pipe and duct insulation continue throughout the building.

• Light-hanging has begun on second floor south.

• Lab casework installation continues.

• Spray foam application is complete.
