Krikac
Tuck pointing and metal cap on stone work is complete. Two sets of steps have been replaced and the ramp is being replaced.

JFAC
JFAC bathroom remodel continues, with rough-in plumbing and sheetrocking complete

Heating Plant
Heating Plant flat roof replacement is complete

McWelsh Hall
Carpet replacement is complete

Barnett Center

• Wood floor project: concrete demo is nearly complete and new concrete is set to be poured later this month.

• New side hoops are set to be installed in late July and the wood court in August

• Pool HVAC upgrade is about 60 percent complete, with completion expected Sept. 1

• Racquetball courts to be converted to athletic offices – bids have been received and work should begin in late July

Student Center
Roof replacement is scheduled to begin in mid-July

Regional Science Center

• Concrete sidewalk and curb and gutter work continues

• Exterior wall panel installation continues

• Exterior building lighting and site lighting has started

• Interior finish work continues

• Electrical  and plumbing trim-outs continue

• AHUs and chiller are running

• Final cleaning has begun

New projects

• Barnett Center fire alarm replacement

• Heating Plant fire alarm installation

• JFAC roof replacement spring/summer 2020

• Campus backup power/transformer installation this fall

• Several areas of bad concrete across campus will be replaced
