- The remaining storm sewer work is under way at the northwest corner of the building.
- Site preparation continues.
- Concrete has been placed for the two seat walls east of the building.
- Workers have begun brick work at the northeast entance columns.
- Window installation continues at the north wing and greenhouse.
- Exterior soffit framing continues.
- Framing, sheetrock and taping continue in the north wing.
- Restroom tile work is starting.
- Plumbers continue installing heat piping and radiant panels in the south wing; running water mains and testing lines in the north and south wings; and piping to VAVs in the north wing.
- The HVAC contractor continues installing ductwork in both wings and the lobby, and diffusers in the south wing.
- Pipe and duct insulators continue working throughout the building.
- Electricians are installing lights and pulling wire in the south wing as well as doing rough-ins in the north wing.
- Sprinkler pipe installation continues in the north wing.
- Controls contractors continue their work throughout the building.
- Ceiling grid installation has begun on second floor north.
Painting is ongoing.
