  • The remaining storm sewer work is under way at the northwest corner of the building.
  • Site preparation continues.
  • Concrete has been placed for the two seat walls east of the building.
  • Workers have begun brick work at the northeast entance columns.
  • Window installation continues at the north wing and greenhouse.
  • Exterior soffit framing continues.
  • Framing, sheetrock and taping continue in the north wing.
  • Restroom tile work is starting.
  • Plumbers continue installing heat piping and radiant panels in the south wing; running water mains and testing lines in the north and south wings; and piping to VAVs in the north wing.
  • The HVAC contractor continues installing ductwork in both wings and the lobby, and diffusers in the south wing.
  • Pipe and duct insulators continue working throughout the building.
  • Electricians are installing lights and pulling wire in the south wing as well as doing rough-ins in the north wing.
  • Sprinkler pipe installation continues in the north wing.
  • Controls contractors continue their work throughout the building.
  • Ceiling grid installation has begun on second floor north.

Painting is ongoing.
