Dr. Doug Ohmer will serve as interim dean of the NSU School of Business following the upcoming departure of Dr. Tim Mantz. Dr. Ohmer, associate professor of management, is eager to continue efforts to effectively assess student learning outcomes at both the course and programmatic levels. He is well-positioned to lead School of Business faculty in developing new programs and improving existing programs to meet the needs of current and future students, as well as area businesses and employers. Dr. Ohmer’s  appointment is for one year, and a committee will soon be formed to lead a nationwide search for a new permanent dean. In the meantime, we thank Dr. Ohmer for taking on this interim role and wish him well in his new position.
