ABERDEEN, S.D. – Jaci Mollman and Hunter Russell will hold a reception for their senior art exhibition at 6:30 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 3, at Northern State University.
Their exhibition will be on display through Dec. 18 in the NSU Johnson Fine Arts Center Gallery.

Drs. Kristi Bockorny and Theresa Giannavola won a Best Paper Award at the Academy of Business Research Conference, held Oct. 3-5 in Las Vegas. They received the award for their paper, titled, “Gratitude, Psychological Capital, Intent to Stay, and Satisfaction with Life: Toward a Conceptual Model.”

ABERDEEN, S.D. – The Northern State University Winter Choral Concert will take place at 7:30 p.m. Dec. 1 at the First Presbyterian Church of Aberdeen, 318 S. Kline St.
The concert will feature performances by the NSU Concert Choir, Chamber Singers and Early Musick Ensemble, under the direction of Dr. Timothy Woods.

Megan Dockter of Watertown was named instrumental winner, and Eli Houdyshell of Pierre was named vocal winner.
Dockter, who plays the clarinet, is a student of Dr. Audrey Miller. She performed Scott McAllister’s X Concerto, 2nd Movement: “To the Pines… To the Pines.”
