Order Textbooks

Northern's bookstore operates fully online. Physical textbooks will be delivered by mail, while eBooks and other digital materials can be accessed immediately.

For a personalized list of your course(s) and the required materials, please log in to the online bookstore using your Wolves account. If your course has First-Day Access materials (that are included in the tuition cost), they will be listed here. You can also use the search box in the upper-right corner to search for your course(s) and purchase textbooks without logging in.

eBooks and other digital materials will be sent to your Wolves email. You can also access them via the eLibrary (on the bookstore site) or the Online Bookstore and eLibrary links in each D2L course.

Access Course Materials in D2L

Your course materials, syllabus, assessments, grades, and more can be accessed through D2L, Northern's learning management system. Each course you take at Northern will have a course site available in D2L before the start date, typically within a few days prior to the course start date.

  1. From the Northern website, locate the Desire2Learn (D2L) link at the bottom of the page or go directly to D2L.
  2. Log on using your Wolves account.
