TODD DUFAULT is a premier Leadership Education and Training Consultant dedicated to "Building Better Leaders & People." With a career spanning over 40 years, Todd has partnered with schools, organizations, corporations, and athletic teams to architect high-performance cultures rooted in servant leadership, trust, and a growth mindset.
As a John Maxwell Certified Speaker and former High School Activities Director, Todd understands that the heart of a great school isn’t its facilities—it’s the people. He has spent decades architecting high-performance cultures for organizations ranging from corporate giants to great athletic teams to elite band programs like the 18-time BOA Finalist Rosemount High School Marching Band.
Today, Todd challenges us to move beyond "compliance" and toward a culture of commitment. Through his "7 Pillars of Success," he provides educators with the tools to lead through sacrifice, cultivate a growth mindset, and foster the deep trust necessary to empower the next generation.
HARVIE HERRINGTON'S life has been defined by his love of football and his relentless pursuit of excellence. From high school to the NFL and Arena League, he used his natural talent and fierce determination to achieve his dreams.
Today, Harvie uses the lessons he learned along the way to help others unlock their own
potential. With a focus on helping anyone who may be struggling, he travels the nation, sharing his insights and inspiring others to reach new heights.

Participants enrolled in the EDFN 492/592 course will be required to submit an engagement activity in the first week. A reflection paper is also required to be submitted by Sunday, November 1, 2026. Per NSU Policy: Any student enrolled in a workshop course for credit is required to pay the $40 workshop fee and complete the week 1 attendance engagement activity assigned by the instructor (see course syllabus or announcements). Failure to make payment and submit the attendance engagement activity by the third week of the course will result in the student being dropped from the course. Once dropped, students cannot be re-enrolled.
