Robert Coyle III is a member of the Wolves wrestling team and a graduate student in the special education accelerated program, on his way to becoming a special education teacher.

“I grew up with a brother who had a Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI), and he is one of the most special people in the world to me,” he said. “I love helping people in need, especially advocating for students who may not be able to advocate for themselves. I enjoy helping students succeed and learn in any possible way that they can. I knew it would be the perfect fit for me!”

Now as a student in the accelerated master’s program, Robert said the best thing about it is the help he has received from special education faculty members.

“There are numerous things about being in this program that I could brag about. I would have to say the best thing about being in this program would be the help that the professors have provided me,” he said. “Specifically, Dr. Wold has helped me throughout the entire process, and I do not know if it would have gone as smoothly as it did without her.”
