“While I’m actually a transfer student from Saint Mary’s University in Winona, Minn., my great-grandmother, my grandmother and my mom all got their degrees from Northern. When I initially started at Saint Mary’s, it didn’t feel like home for me. I applied to come to Northern for fall 2018 and felt at home almost as soon as I set foot on campus. I have come to love my time at Northern. My professors all took the time to learn my name, were available whenever I had a question and truly wanted me to succeed here at NSU. I’ve made a lot of friends here and have truly enjoyed every moment here. While I only have one more year on campus, I will always be a wolf. That is something I am very proud about.” – Edann Cloos #beNORTHERN #unleashYOURpotential
