ABERDEEN, S.D. – Drs. Hannah Walters and Kristi Bockorny of the Northern State University School of Business have co-written a scholarly article that was recently published in the December 2018 issue of the e-Journal Business Education & Scholarship of Teaching (EJBEST).

The article, titled “Relevance of General Education: An Assessment of Undergraduate Business Students,” was published in volume 12, number 3 of EJBEST.

According to the article’s abstract, Bockorny and Walters studied the relevance of general education among undergraduate business students. The Zaichkowsky personal involvement inventory was used to assess perceived relevance. 

Bockorny, assistant professor of management, is in her tenth year of teaching at NSU, while Walters, assistant professor of marketing, is in her sixth year of teaching at Northern
