ABERDEEN, S.D. – A research project by a Northern State University student has been accepted into the Association of Leadership Educators Annual Conference.

Ashley Meyer’s project, “Training for Middle-Level Managers: A Qualitative Study,” was accepted for the Practice and Research Posters presentation at the conference, set for July 12-15 in Nashville.

Meyer, from Gregory, is a double major in management and marketing, with a human resource management minor.

Her project “How Do Organizations Today Develop Middle Managers?” also won her an NSU Undergraduate Research Grant last fall. Her faculty advisor is Dr. Kristi Bockorny.
