Swim Team and Honors Program

HIGHLIGHTS OF MAYA'S EXPERIENCE:

On campus I am involved in the swim team as well as the Honors program. Being on the swim team allowed me to move in early which was a great way to get to know campus. The Honors program also gave me more chances to meet new people and have fun, there are always snacks which I really enjoy. Professors are willing to help show students all the resources available to them and how they can get help with the transition into college. I think this really shows how committed professors are to making sure that their students are learning but also practicing good habits. There are also many opportunities to meet with your professors, which can help you feel more comfortable and cared for.
