Northern State University in Aberdeen, SD and Southeast Technical College in Sioux Falls, SD have established a co-enrollment agreement—the first direct pathway between a technical college and a state university in South Dakota.

About the Agreement

Beginning Fall 2025, Southeast Tech students enrolled in any business program can:

  • Take one Northern State University course each semester via HyFlex and Online delivery
  • Credits transfer seamlessly to Northern's bachelor's degrees
  • Continue their education without worrying about credit transfers or additional applications

This innovative partnership streamlines the educational process for students while meeting the high demand for business professionals across South Dakota.
