ABERDEEN, S.D. – Dr. Marla Fogderud, soprano, and Dr. William Wieland, piano, will present a lecture recital on Thursday, Jan. 11, 2018, at 7:30 p.m. in Northern State University’s Krikac Auditorium.

The program, entitled “I Hear America Singing: Songs from Throughout American History,” includes American solo song literature from the Revolutionary War era to the present. Fogderud is assistant professor of voice at NSU, and Wieland is professor of piano and composition.

The performance is free and open to the public.
