ABERDEEN, S.D. – Northern State University is excited to announce the launch of its new master’s in strategic innovation and leadership program. This new program is designed for individuals seeking to enhance their leadership skills and learn innovative approaches to problem-solving in today’s dynamic business environment.
“We are very excited to launch this program,” said Kristi Bockorny, Ph.D., Dacotah Bank dean and professor of management at the School of Business. “The School of Business faculty have worked hard researching and designing course content to ensure this program is cutting edge and relevant to prepare students for the next steps in their career development.”
The strategic innovation and leadership program is a 30-credit program that can be completed online or face-to-face, providing flexibility for working professionals and students. The curriculum includes 18 credits of required courses and 12 credits of elective courses, with a wide range of options to tailor the program to individual interests and career goals.
This program is part of Northern’s six accelerated master’s programs, giving current Northern State University undergraduate students a unique opportunity to enroll in graduate-level courses while still completing their undergraduate degrees.
“Many people across campus and in the community have had a hand in getting this program to where it is today,” added Bockorny. “I want to thank them for their dedication and support of this program and the School of Business.”
Enrollment is still open for fall. Apply as soon as possible to take advantage of this exciting new opportunity.
