ABERDEEN, S.D. – On Sunday, Nov. 17, the Northern State University Symphonic and Concert bands will present the first in a series of concerts featuring music from around the world.

The “Explorations” concert will begin at 3 p.m. in the NSU Johnson Fine Arts Center Jewett Theatre. The performance will feature pieces such as “Greek Folk Song Suite – Cesarini,” “Suite Francaise – Milhaud” and “Danzon No. 2 – Marquez.”

Tickets cost $7 for adults and $3.50 for NSU faculty/staff. Students are admitted free with ID. Tickets can be purchased online or at the JFAC box office. Hours are Monday, Wednesday and Thursday, noon-4 p.m., and two hours before the show begins. The JFAC box office phone number is 605-626-2900.
