'I will be able to graduate on time'

“I chose to come to Aberdeen because I wanted to grow as a person and pursue my dreams to get a higher education. I heard so many positive things about Presentation College and the majors they offered, and I thought it was a good decision, especially because my sister graduated from PC and she is someone who I look up to. Unfortunately, Presentation College announced that the college is closing. This was devastating news not just for me, but for the rest of the students, faculty, and staff.

"I will be a senior majoring in business management at Northern. They have an amazing business program and wonderful faculty. I have had a great experience with NSU; the admissions counselors, Registrar's Office and the rest of the staff are very welcoming, and they have helped me a lot during this process. They gave me all the information that I needed for the different programs they offer within the business department. I am super excited that due to the teach-out agreement between Presentation College and Northern State University, I will be able to graduate on time.

"The most important thing to me is not having to move to a different city. Aberdeen is a lovely and close community. There is always someone willing to help.”
