Dacotah Bank School of Business Scholarship
Summary: Open to both incoming freshmen and transfer students. The School of Business will determine recipients and award amounts. Awards are renewable with a maximum time frame of eight semesters. Recipients must be full time (12 credits or more), majoring in any School of Business program. Must have at least a 3.0 cumulative grade point average at the end of each academic year. The scholarship is canceled if a student transfers to another institution or fails to make progress towards a School of Business major.
- Maximum award disbursed over 4 years:
- Year 1 = $750
- Year 2 = $1,000
- Year 3 = $1,000
- Year 4 = $1,250

- Criteria
- Applicant must have a declared Human Resources Minor.
- Applicant must have a minimum GPA of 3.0.
Bob Lehr Memorial Scholarship
- Criteria
- Applicant must be born and raised in South Dakota.
- Applicant must be an Accounting major.
- Preference will be given to second semester freshman with a minimum GPA of 2.7.
Chad T. Weber Memorial Scholarship
- Criteria
- Applicant must be in their Junior or Senior year.
- Applicant must be an Accounting major.
Fitzgerald Business Scholarship

- Applicant must be pursuing a business major.

- Criteria
- Applicant must be pursuing a business major.
Gregg Wiitala Business Scholarship

- Applicant must be in the School of Business.
Harvey Harrington Memorial Scholarship
- Criteria
- Applicant must be a non-traditional junior or senior business student.
- Applicant must have a minimum GPA of 3.0 with no failure of any previous courses.
Jim and Judy Krueger International Student Scholarship
- Criteria
- Applicant must be an international (non-U.S. Citizen) student.
- Applicant must be majoring in a program in the School of Business.
- Preference will be given to those who are active in campus activities and have financial need.
Kelly Lux Memorial Scholarship
- Criteria
- Applicant must be a business major.
- Applicant must be a junior or senior.
- Applicant must be involved in golf, basketball, football, or baseball.
- Applicant must have a GPA of 2.5 or above.
Kolker Family Endowment Scholarship
- Criteria
- Applicant must be a business major with financial need.
- Applicant must be highly motivated, hard-working, and be of good character.
- Applicant must show a sense of civic responsibility through involvement in campus and community activities.
Lyman L. Humann Moose Lodge Scholarship
- Criteria
- Applicant must be the son/daughter of a Moose Lodge member in good standing of a Lodge from either North or South Dakota.
- Applicant must be a full-time business student.
- Applicant must have a GPA of 2.75 or above.
Marvin & Ione Ehley Accounting Scholarship
- Criteria
- Applicant must be an Accounting major.
- If no Accounting major is chosen, application can be open to any Business major.
NSU Accounting Club Scholarship
- Criteria
- Applicant must be pursuing a Masters in Accounting Analytics.
- Applicant must have a minimum GPA of 3.0.
NSU School of Business Scholarship
- Criteria
- Applicant must be pursuing a business major.
- Applicant must have a minimum GPA of 3.0.
SD Banker’s Foundation Scholarship on behalf of Great Plains Bank
- Criteria
- Applicant must be going into their junior or senior year with a major in Banking and Financial Services.
- Applicant must agree to have their name released to the media.
- Preference given to students from Eureka, Eden, Gettysburg, or Aberdeen area, with extended preference to students from the counties of Brown, McPherson or Marshall.
Virginia Shanley memorial Scholarship
- Criteria
- Applicant must be pursuing a major or minor in Technology, Digital Media, Management Information Systems or Tech/Computer related fields.
