- How do I start using Navigate?
You can download Navigate360 in the App Store or Google Play. For the desktop version, log in to MyNSU and select "Navigate" under "NSU Links."
- Can I access Navigate without a smartphone?
Absolutely! For the desktop version, log in to MyNSU and select "Navigate" under "NSU Links."
- How much does Navigate cost?
It’s free! It costs nothing for you to download Navigate or use the desktop version.
- What if I can’t log in to Navigate?

- How do I change my notification settings?
Select Settings--Notification Settings to personalize your settings.
- I just resolved a Hold - why is it still showing up?
Holds are updated every 24 hours in Navigate360, so check tomorrow to see if it’s successfully been resolved in Navigate360. If the issue persists, contact the NSU Navigate team at nsunavigate@northern.edu or 605-626-2633.
- What do I do if my app is frozen or acting weird?
Try a hard close and relaunch the app. On iOS, double click the Home button then swipe the app preview away to “hard close.” On Android, open the app manager view and slide the app preview away to “hard close.”
