  • ABERDEEN, S.D. – Kate Dilts’ senior art exhibition will be on display in the Northern State University President’s Gallery in Spafford Hall from April 23 to May 5.

    A reception for the exhibition will take place from 5:30 to 7 p.m. Monday, April 23 in the President’s Gallery.

    Dilts grew up in Underwood, Iowa, graduating from Underwood High School in 2013. She is the daughter of Don and Lorrie Dilts of Underwood, Iowa.

  • ABERDEEN, S.D. – The Northern State University Jazz Ensembles will host a Spring Swing Dance at the Aberdeen Eagles on Friday, April 27.

    Doors for the event will open at 6 p.m., with music beginning as early as 6:30 p.m. NSU students will perform jazz standards from the musical “Sondheim on Sondheim,” which is currently showing in the NSU Johnson Fine Arts Center Black Box Theater.

  • ABERDEEN, S.D. – Kristin Echtenkamp, Sarah Jones and Lynn Klundt, librarians at Northern State University, have been researching and presenting on media literacy topics including fake news and media bias.

  • ABERDEEN, S.D. - Members of the Aberdeen University-Civic Symphony (AUCS) string section will present a recital at 7:30 p.m. on April 19 in the Northern State University Krikac Auditorium.

  • ABERDEEN, S.D. – Groundbreaking ceremonies will be held Friday, April 13, on the Northern State University campus for the Regional Science Education Center and Athletic and Recreation Fields project.
